Playing Dress Up!

I have had a rough day with Kyler being sick and so i decided to give Kinslee a bath and just play dress up. Her Nana bought her a little dress while she was still in the belly and so we pulled it out of the closet today and snapped some pictures. She looked sooo cute! I also had seen some pictures done with the weddig rings on the toes. We tried it out was pretty cute too! My poor baby girl she is just not gonna know what to do with her mom changing her outfits and taking pictures non stop :) It made me smile being able to finally play dress up with my daughter!

What a awesome day!

Well today we finally got to introduce Lillie and Kinslee. My friend Carrie and I were pregnant together and would text and talk the whole pregnancy about all different things the whole time. We were due one day apart but of course when Kinslee decided to enter the world alot earlier Lillie stayed in a few more weeks :) We had them matching outfits done and they got to wear them today to lunch. The manager asked if they were twins. It was so funny. We are really blessed to have had each other to talk to through out the pregancy and now while the girls grow up and become best friends too!



Kins is feeling much better thank God! Not stuffy and sleeping sooo much better! She is just such a little angel!

6 weeks old today!

Well its been a crazy weekend! Everyone in the house got the crud and poor Kinslee just couldn't stay away from it. She got so stuffy and just didnt feel good at all. Her and Kyler were supposed to get shots today but didn't happen. They swabbed her for RSV and thank God it was negative. Her lungs sounded clear. They put her on a z pack to keep it from getting worse. She seems to be a little better this evening.

She is growing like a weed. She weighs 7pounds 7oz and is 20 inches long. Robert looks at me and says babe is something wrong why isn't she growing. I told him she is growing and he says well she is almost 6 weeks old and still doesn't weigh as much as Kaylee and Kyler did when they were born lol. I laughed so hard and told him she will get there she is just gonna be a little thing :)

1 month old today!

I can not believe a month has already past by. So much has gone on in the short 4 weeks and we are so blessed to have such a sweet precious baby girl. She has brought so much joy to our family and has complete us. I still can't believe I am 30 andhave 5 kids who would have ever thought lol.



Kammie came down tonight and is going to stay the weekend. I am sooo excited. I love having company. I caught a picture of her and Kinslee tonight before Kinslee went to bed :) Well we have a busy weekend ahead so i better catch as much sleep as I can :)

Loving my little princess!

I can not believe my little girl is here! Not a day goes by that i look at her and smile. Don't get me wrong i love my boys but i think every mom should have a daughter. That bond is so special and after having my 3rd boy i wondered if i would ever have my girl. Even though she was a huge surprise boy has it all been worth it.


After her being born 5 weeks early and in NICU for 15 days she is doing great! She is growing and gaining weight everyday. I am still not sure who she actually looks like just yet. So far all her hair is still there hasnt lost a bit. Daddy is hoping it turns blonde or red lol. I guess we will see!

We had to take her to the doctor this week. She just wasn't acting like she felt good. She ended up having an ear infection and eye infection and they feel like her reflux is back. The poor baby is on 3 different medicines. They changed her formula to Enfamil AR and put her on medicine for the reflux. I sure hope it all helps. I don't want her to be sick!At her last appt she weighed 6 lbs 15 oz. She drinks about 2 1/2 to 3 oz at each feeding. She still sleeps 98% of the day :) But when she is awake she just looks around it is so sweet. She loves the vibration and music in her bouncy seat or her playpen.


The kids love her to pieces! Lots of help and they are so proud to finally have her home! Kyler has done alot better with her being home then we expected. Everything is my baby to him lol..Such a sweet big brother!

Most of all i want to give thanks for all the prayers through out everything and thanks to all the wonderful people in the NICU that took such special care of her for her first 15 days of life. They were all wonderful in there but she had two special nurses Miss Heather and Miss Jill that i will always remember :) During these trying times my wonderful family and friends were always there and that means so much. The phone calls and texts to check on her and to check on us we can never thank you enough. We would have never made it without you!
